Slow map downloading(takes 10 minutes to download a few meg file) on cs go dedicated server on lan mode any fixes?(i am not able to have a ftp/http server running to download maps from)

If running Windows you can install the http service and configure a path to you servers csgo directory for lan.

without fastdownload (http service), map downloading speed is limited by the rate settings on the player side, which has a max value of 786432, so all you can do is to set rate at 786432 on players side.
