Hi,
I have encountered the same problem as some people on this forum did, however no solution seems to have been offered (at least, I didn't find it even if I searched a lot).
The problem is : When a player respawns, his health points are stuck on 100 and he has to lose at least 1 HP for the regeneration to work, no matter what his Health+ or Regen_HP levels are actually.
As far as I am concerned, I'm running a server using ;
- Metamod:Source v1.8.7
- SourceMod v1.4.2
- CS:S DM v2.1.4
- SDK Hooks v2.0.1
- THC RPG v.0.8.6
I found the origin of the problem in one of the configuration files of the CS:S DM Mod named 'cssdm.cfg' located in cstrike\cfg\cssdm
The solution consists in simply deactivating the spawn protection, like this ;

Once the default value '1' has been changed to '0', no more spawn protection but the problem of the 'locked 100 HP' no longer occurs.
