If there's only one player in the server and it's terrorist, i want it to be allowed to transfer itself to ct team by writing /ct in chat. A chat message, which appears in every 15 seconds, would be cool to inform it: "You are alone in the server, type /ct to transfer yourself to ct team."
Note: Unreal players (hltv, bots etc..) shouldn't be included in counting of players.
