Did you do mp_autoteambalance and mp_limitteams? Do you have ptb running?

Do I need this for it to work? (ptb) if so it does not say that in the original post.

All cvars in my server.cfg file are correct.
I logged on as admin, locked a team, disconnected, changed my ip, logged back on without admin powers and was still able to join.

Incase you were wondering, I changed the IP on my computer..(static)

you did amx_lockt or amx_lockct ? with mp_autoteambalance 0 and mp_limitteams 0
ptb is Phatoebs team balancer (or however u spell it) but it interfears with it, so na, you dont need it.)

That is weird cause I have used it for so long with no issues. Maybe something is conflicting with it some 3rd party plugin, anything.

it works for me on a linux c.z. steam server using the latest amxmodx

maybe its because ur adding admin by i.p ? i have no idea, im just guessing.
but it works for me using steam id for admin

Just to let you know,
I don't know everything but......
I am not a noob, I have had a server since 2004 so I know everything there is to know about setting 1 up. I am not a coder knor do I want to be one. I have done what was said and it does not work on my end.

I have already said that I have disabled all 3rd party plugins but I guess you want to see it for yourself
