Hawks surf plugin already does this but this can be usefull for scrim servers to have practice rounds etc.

Well yea. Come on Charming, I mean who would want a team locker that has to get an entire surf plugin? When they may not even do surf maps....

This is more orientated towards clans. They can team up on one team say 3 vs 12 others. I do that in assault sometimes as T me and somebody else vs everybody else. I also have an assault map that has about 16 more spawn points for teh basic assault ct's.

This plugin does not work just like all the rest of the team lock plugins. At first I thought that it did not work because I was admin and that I could do as I pleased but I decided to change my IP on my router (Lan) and joined my server after locking a team and was still able to join.
Not saying this to be rude, saying it because it don't work.

Before you make that notion, make sure you have done everything for it to work. Because it does, for everybody.

Since you are the only one out of everybody who has downloaded this plugin, inlcuding me who has been using it for 7 mo that is having a problem. Sorry

So I'm afraid you did something wrong, or else everybody else would be complaining also.

Did you do mp_autoteambalance and mp_limitteams? Do you have ptb running? Their are other factors, and this does work, im sorry. I have been using it for 7 mo...
Change your ip on your router? That has nothing todo with your admin, unless you just comment out your steamID in users.ini then restart and try.

I log on to my server using my ip not my steam id. If I changed the ip then I would not have admin now would I?

I will go over the installation again, maybe I did do something wrong
