yeh, as the title say, MY DEDICATED SERVER( cs 1.6) wont show on 'servers'.

-I have open UDP port (27015)
-There is nothing 'ERROR' at 'console'.
-Here is from HLDS console:-

I hope this will help you.
Type this in the HLDS console:

sv_lan 0 
sv_region 255

And disable all kind's of Antivirus / Firewall's etc.
And your server should be on the internet.

If this dosen't help, try calling your host, and tell them to open the port.

You need open TCP + UDP .. all you have is UDP. Also your ip should be www.whatismyip.com
Those numbers + your port, which according to that picture is 27015. thats the ip you need to give other people to join your server. If you want to join your own server the ip is different im pretty sure its:

192.168.1.41:27015
