Ok i need few things for my cs 1.6 server!

1. I need amx_gag ( I have one, but it is not working! ) this: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=3873
2. I need one plugin. When there are 2 or 3 admins on the server i don't know which admin slaps someone. it just shows:
"ADMIN: slap Player_pro* with 0 damage."
But i need like this: "ADMIN NatioN: slap Player_pro* with 0 damage."
