Well currently my start up line is this:

-game cstrike +ip $GAME_IP +port $GAME_PORT +maxplayers ${SLOTS} +map de_rats -autoupdate

I think there are better tweaks you can put on the start up line that will enhance your server. Would anyone share some tweaks that they know of, doesn't matter if its just the start up line, but anything. Most importantly to reduce the lag. PS: the server is linux, from gameservers, if that even matters. Oh yeah, also if you tell me what to add to my start up line, would you give a brief explination of what it does because i want to learn from it.
