Hlstats Trcon?

Hey im getting

TRCON: Cannot setup TCP socket on IP

ORT. a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond
in the daemon.

Any ideas how to fix this. The in game commands aren't working, and its logging but has a 10-15min delay. I have checked my firewall. All required ports are Open

PC Specs
OS - Windows 8
Processor - 3930k
RAM - 16Gb
GC - gtx 680

.......that is why, you need to make sure you config is set up correct (the ip and port parts) and if they are make sure that the daemon is not already running in the background.

Still Getting the same thing. All my configs are correct. And only 1 daemon is running.
Players show up on the Hlstatsx web interface but, show up after a while. it also seems to be skipping some logs. e.g. I kill someone it doesn't log that data and shows the TRCON problem.

Anyone running windows 8? could it be the problem?
