E997 now allowed server

i have attached the log file from the Counter-Strike Source server
i really dont know what to fix this problem

when i start the perl script and css server, then the perl script say E997 NOT ALLOW SERVER alots off times!

Hi, I have this problem. (The topic said it)

My CS:GO server running at gameservers.com.
My HLstatsX:CE server is running on another server, that is used as a webserver.
Everything seems to work, but just getting that: "E997 NOT ALLOWED SERVER".
So far I have search the web, but only found solutions for people who are running the stats and the server on the same box.

The perl script is getting acctual information from the game server, but with the message I posted above.
My firewall on the webserver, is allowed to use these ports 80, 3306, 27500 for the HLstatsX:CE
I have found an updated hlstatsx.smx file on this forum, because the old one wouldnt load right.

In my server.cfg:
log on
logaddress_add <WEBSERVER_IP>:27500

Anyone have a solution when the gameserver and the webserver is not on the same box ?

E997 means that you have not configured HLXCE to accept logs sent by that server. Go into your config panel and add the server

The server is added.
In the HLsatsX:CE web interface.
But its only showing 0/0 players etc.

Double check that the server ip and port that the daemon is rejecting match exactly the server that you added. If it does, try restarting the daemon to have it reload the config. If it still doesn't work, make sure that the daemon is set up for the correct MySQL server. Other than that, something else is wrong that I can't see why
