i done everything as instruction but at games page there are no condition zero game thats y i ask u my HLstatsX:CE stats page have no condition zero game in games.

than how can i add condition zero server ????

Either set it as a Counter Strike server or create a new game for CZ (hint, duplicate the CS settings if you do create a new one)
