So while there have been patches done with the daemon there is not rely any active devilment on it. I have some things that will help performance but i do not know shit about Perl and I need some help with it.
The daemon for now has to stay written in Perl ( just for cross platform support and shared host that do not allow complied bins)
If you know Perl and want to see HLX:CE keep moving forward please post here and we can talk in more detail.
The major changes to the daemon that are going to be needed in 1.7 release is the DB structure has changed so i need at least some one who knows how to change that around. ( i can do it my self but it will prob take a very long time)
