[CS:GO] Reserved for vip Dont work

Hello, today i going here because plugin CustomReservedslots.smx do work good, i having flags "o" "ADMFLAG_CUSTOM1" for Vip and i know that GOTV taking one slot from server so i having 12 slots in server that 11 is slots reserving but if is full server that vip's can't join and they must wait for free slot, what problem?

Hello again, i know what is problem but I dont can him resolve because I having plugin CustomReservedslots and a second plugin tVip and if i giving by tvip Vip that he haeving flags "o" but he cannot join at full server(That is problem). So if I giving vip by admin_simple.ini flags "o" that he cant join at full server, how I can solve this problem ?
