[Plugin] Revised version of admin_check.amxx

changes I have made:
1) original one only shows admins online but i have added head admins online too ie admins with a flag ie immunity flag vl be showned in head admins online
2) it even shows in which team admin is der ie if admin is der in ct den it vl show ADMINS ONLINE : ADMIN NAME(CT)
(T) for terro and (SPEC) for spectator
3) added multi colors in it ie original one prints in green color but i have addede team color and green color too
client commands : /admin or /admins
cvars : amx_contactinfo "contact info" put dis cvar in amxx.cfg
installation : put admin_check.amxx in plugins folder
list admin_check.amxx in plugins.ini
restart your server
NOTE : whomever your giving immunity flag ie a flag vl b shown in head admins
