That happens if you don't grant them the unban flag.

Ok i managed to make an user with only access to the sb database through phpMyAdmin. I don't know why but it works now. Thanks for your help @Maxximou5.
But for some reason SourceSleuth is still not working. The plugin is running and no errors, but it's not banning people.

To clarify:

1. You banned a user.
2. That user tried reconnecting to the server and was denied.
3. The user changed accounts (not IP addresses) and tried joining your server.
4. SourceSleuth didn't ban this other account and allowed them in.

If they change accounts and IP, then there isn't anything SourceSleuth can do; however, if they didn't and it didn't ban them, then that is another problem. Of which I am not sure why.

Exactly. I banned him, he changed his account (not IP address) and he was able to join.

Change that to 0. Get a friend, ban him in game for 1 day. Have him rejoin under another account and it should trigger the ban. Sometimes the ban is not immediate. Once it triggers you should see a new 2 day ban in Sourcebans. If this test is successful, delete both bans for your friend.

Lol it works now.. Thanks. But weird is that SourceSleuth banned him for 120 month, although i only banned him for one day.
