how its works? The Players just ca join CT team then a player changes to Terrorist but is trafered for CT team again ;S

I've changed the timeaptor to 20 but if one player kill another player after 20 seconds will not apears a raptor, and if we wait 80 seconds thet will apear a raptors :S
Where can the change the wait time?

Or just change the

sp_type_t 1 sp_type_ct 1 sp_type_spec 1

to

sp_type_t 0 sp_type_ct 0 sp_type_spec 0

The code is really ugly and it won't work. You can change the settings, but apparently it just messes up the mod.
