Internet research is suitable for i7 machine game, but the server 20 people are getting very high values.

My recomandations.
Use:
- debian 9
- xanmod kernel: https://xanmod.org/
- opengame panel: https://www.opengamepanel.org/infusi...ad.php?catid=9 (you need to register first).
Then:
- add your CS:GO server
- use NICE -19
- assign ALL CORES to your server (CPU Affinity).

Eg. my server: .
Running i7-6600K with 30 players online at 128 tickrate sv var 0.010(min)-1.200(max)

You have high variance because CPU is power saving. Check CPU frequencies by i7z, if it's lower than 4Ghz https://askubuntu.com/questions/5236...to-performance
