My Idea is that one random player is selected as the survivor and he gets an AWP while others get only a knife and the others have to kill the survivor including his team mates and CTs and Ts cant kill each other they can only kill the survivor.
Note: I want the team to be as they are I don't want the survivor to be alone in a team and others in the other team

Can someone please help me make this? Also thanks in advance

Sure, but why don't you want teams to change, is there a specific reason ? It would make things a lot easier instead of making proper friendly fire. And it actually makes more sense

Actually I am making "Special Round" plugin where admins can randomly give one special round and then the next round everything is back to normal and i want to implement this into that and I am not able to figure out the code for the part where everybody are allowed to only kill the survivor and the survivor can kill anybody as i am very new to the scripting scene I know its probably trigger_hurt but still can't really figure it out.

You want to hook Ham_TakeDamage and some other stuff, execute it yourself and supercede it. Take a look at this
