Added that skin, also i think i've fixed the dev zones stuff. Check both, skin and dev zone.

I haven't checked out this plugin yet, because still making my own server, so I don't know if you put this:

Cvar which allows VIP's to live longer by not getting infected with 1 hit. This is how it worked in my manual mode (I had to kill VIP when he received too much damage), if you already put this feature then great, if not, maybe you can try adding it?
