The solution is what @ZombiMod.Com and @splewis said.

1. Go to http://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers and create your game server accounts.

2. Create new file autoexec.cfg in ~/csgo/cfg/

3. Open autoexec.cfg, add sv_setsteamaccount <login token> and save file.

4. Open ~/csgo/cfg/server.cfg, add exec autoexec.cfg and save file.

5. Restart CSGO server.

after i did this now show me this problem

Maybe your server is crashing when player is connecting.

Try disabling Sourcemod and see if you can join.
