yeah, they don't need it to help you solve the problem.

My guess is you have a poorly coded plugin that is throwing a loop. Disable all your 3rd party plugins and see which is causing the issue.

a loop can kick users by timed out?

Lots of things can. I added a bad model to a server and it kicked players and crashed the server.

Look man. Do what I suggested or don't I don't really care. Troubleshooting 101 says disable everything that doesn't make your server vanilla, and see if it fixes your problem. Then add plugins 1 by 1 and see if you still have the issue.
