I remember that there was a .psd file with TF2Ware graphics that you could edit. Where can I find it? I would like to translate UI text to another language while trying to make the font look the same.

And when exporting the VTF file from Photoshop, which settings should I use?

I hate to ask but I can't seem to get the overlays working...

There are no errors that I've seen, the games progress. Just no Overlays.

Any thoughts.

maybe you have to check client option about download custom content allowed in multiplayers options

you can't add overlays for differents language , there's no settings , and btw too many downloads. English is worldwide language i think is fair for all.

if you want you can try add translate file with your language and see if it work.

Tony in the download link (tf2ware_v272_server_FastDLfiles) you have for the "server fastDL" in materials/models/ you have there "zombie_fast" folder
that is not in the NOTfastDL materials/models

not sure if you left it in the fastDL when you were doing something else or if you just forgot it to put it into that "not fastDL folder"

i unziped it and put it into server folder anyway, just informing that its not there for the server materials/models
