Buy weapons with commands

Hello, as im new in AMXX, i wanna ask for help if is there a way i can buy a weapon with a command?
Like i say /awp or amx_buyawp and it gives awp with full clip.. Or if it is simple could someone of this forum post a sample on this thing?

Buy commands are already in the game. Just type "awp" in the console to buy an AWP. "primammo" to get full ammo.

You don't need a plugin for this.
