Uhh, absolutely not. All you did was change some comments and colors. If you want to post your version in Xines' plugin thread be my guest, but duplicating it as a 'release' of your own is not gonna happen. You did not create this.

You literally just used this version https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2413369 and added colors. Seriously?

Yes, I gave all the credits to the plugin creator.

"@Xines - He made the whole plugin I just edited it at my own way!"

I modified the messages, added colors so it's easier than "\x01", made the tutorial, made his english translations (In the .sp) better, never claimed that plugin as my own. Just trying to help

EDIT: As you open the .sp it says "I DID NOT MAKE THIS" I think it's big enough to everyone see it.

Just because you gave credits doesn't mean this is a 'new' plugin or worthy of a release. By that logic, I could copy pasta every plugin here, modify a single value, change the credits, and re-release it. If that were allowed, there would be hundreds of every plugin released.

What you posted was not a new plugin by any usage of the word. Discussion over.
