This plugin has been working fine for us in L4D2. Immunity, pass, veto, access block, etc. all work fine on our linux server.

Don't know if this makes a difference or not, but I don't use the admin flat_file, I use the full admin.cfg to set up the admins.

Hm, I only use and I have never used anything else but the admins_simple.ini, where I put my steam id and 99:z.
Is that too few info for the plugin to work correctly ?

But I as "auth" put "name".
Steamid isn't permanent and it can be changed sometimes, how then use with a name?

Steamid is permanent, if not, you're not a legit user.

Don't use it with a name, use it with an ID, and if you say it can be changed, you're no-steam user. And if you are, no support for you because SM was made to run on legit servers.

Did you write your post just for the heck of it?
Here was written that it can be used with a name, but without an example for it.
That's why I'm asked how to use with a name, since I couldn't manage to do that.
I'm about a technical aspect.
