I have a few questions to ask. Thank you for your answer.
I am new to Sourcemod and server building and my questions may seem a bit simple:

1- How can I work with sourcemod Cvar and plugins on the server?

2 - How to remove fog on the server without using the plugin?

3- Do not have a plugin for Hidden an Seek?

4 - How to increase the end time of the hand that plays music without using plugins?

5. What Revive plugin do you know well? Every Revive plugin I tested had a problem for me

6. How do I place health boxes around the map?

7 - In the Logs file, these messages are displayed to me:

How do I fix them?

8 - Other than here, where can I find Sourcemod plugins?

Hi.

Half-Life 2 game engine have a lot of game mods, for example HL2MP, CS:S, TF2, L4D, CS:GO, L4D2 etc. etc.

MetaMod:Source and SourceMod are addons in server, to modified normal game play and for other helpful things.

But, each game have own unique things or lack some things.

So, it would be very helpful to other forum users, if you mention in first post:
- What game ? Which game you talking about ?
- Are you running server on Windows or Linux operation system ?

I use the fashion source for Counter Strike Source.
My server is also Windows.

You should use Source Dedicated Server downloaded from tool called SteamCMD
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD

And avoid these for creating game server:
- In-game listen server -> addons not supported
- SRCDS from Steam/tools section... -> that's painful to set up.

You have lot of errors about extensions.
Could you type these commands in server console:

version
plugin_print
meta version
meta list
sm version
sm exts list
sm plugins list

...and take output message in your post
