This is gunna sound like an idiots question, and I'll be honest; it is.

I did know how to do this, but that was a while back.

Could someone let me know how I can put my website into the MOTD so people see it as they connect? See, I'm going to host the rules and all that crap on my site now.

I belive you just paste the url to the website in the motd file and that's it.

Make sure you have at least IE 7 installed on your system.

yes u have resize your full page to a smaller page to fit...length doesnt matter but width does!
