I want to open a 128 tick retake server with 12 slots with other plugin like knifes gloves and skin
Also i want to use mysql database
And apache web server for hosting a small website for rank system
It will also have fastdl and sourceban
And a autodemo recording plugin with a website for all the demos to be available to download for the players(demo archive)
Also i will install OGP for managing the server
Im not able to decide the specs of the server for this requirements
Can it be hosted on aws lightsail 10$ vps
I am a student so i dont have much money to spend, so i want to spend as least as possible
Here in india one guy has opened a a casual server 16 slot 128 tick with same features that a have addressed in a aws lightsail 40$ vps
But i cant spent that money

So plz need your suggestions
I cant spend more than 14$ a month
I was thinking of taking another 3.5$ vps with 10$ for mysql and the web server to seperate it so that the csgo server can run properly

You will need at least Spec
2gb RAM & 2core to run 128 tick server and bandwidth at least 1.5TB depends upon players.

For AWS you can use 20$ instance for running 12 slot 128Tick smoothly.
