Yes, but you will need extra spawn points. You can create extre spawn points with plugin spawntools7.
OH, you will need powerful server hardware tho.

I have 64 slot server run on 3.4ghz core, so thats will be enough I believe.

spawntools doing extra spawn but server give "team is full error"
