A while back, I used to edit individual weapon files using WoZeR's Vice program to convert the *.CTX files into text. It was then easy to edit the weapon speeds, damage, etc. Looking at the 'items' folder now, it all seems to be in one large text file.

Is it still possible to change the speeds of the weapons and the damage each does? And if so, how?
