A massive thanks to andi67, I asked for the force skin option weeks ago but was distracted by the valve killing fields of both my servers got a PM from st00ne about the 2.3 version thanks to him as well. It's uploaded and exactly what I wanted!!! I know HL2 deathmatch is an old game now but thanks to the community for helping to keep it alive.

if, when you choose "none" for a skin and your game crashes, then you have something wrong with your install. Maybe SM and/or MM are outdated?

give the output of the following commands (use rcon if needed):

version
plugin_print
meta version
meta list
sm version
sm plugins list

I have installed Sm_Skinchooser on my server and when a normal player join and take "none" in the menu. he gets invisible. How can i fix that?

You've probably ruined your default skins with bad skin models... update your server with -verify_all to fix your broken skins.

Check out the WIKI for this plugin and make sure you follow it precisely.

It's working brilliantly but just noticed that !models doesn't bring up the menu anymore (everything else works perfect), anyone else had this and fixed it?

css models don't animate in deathmatch, not sure if anyone else but me runs a deathmatch server with models? if you do where do you get your models from?

There are a few places to get models, s-low and that site listed in the link in my post above.

First, can you post your skins.ini? I've scanned this thread and a lot of people were noticing issues with the menu not popping up when their file was configured incorrectly.
