Briefly the bomb disappear when it's planted in this way.
Do someone know what cause this and what might be the solution.

It doesn't happen to me, tried it 3 times. All the bomb does in a local game is to slip to the ground after the first blink.
May you should remove all these custom libs and when the the error appears.

Try on offline mode. If still the same problem, that add a fancy platform to the bombsite, so bomb won't go to hell.

Hint: I don't ask to help me for 'revoice' or any other not supported here library. If this calms down you, even when 'revoice' is paused/removed, the problem still persist. Also I asked instead of friend, because he doesn't have profile here, but this doesn't matter at all.

I have no issue, therefore I'm calm. revoice is a sign that you run non steam servers which is against the rules and you know that.
