actually we can, its the ppl who host servers and the coders who keep the game interesting even after several years, not them who only just break stuff with their new updates that not even the players like...

Yeah we can really blame them for never taking account their true community, not the pro or competitive ones but those who make Counter alive for so many years, with their plugins, their mods, their servers. Not only they don't listen to their complains (how many months for dead menu ?), now they put down every community servers with their non compatible update, without any information, preparation or collaboration. So yes, that's their mistake, again, and if I know many players and teams thinking to came back to Source (or even abandoning), there are reasons.

So courage to you ! Keep up the good work, and we are all behind you.

As you can read metamod must ne prepared for an "new engine". Think this will take some time cause it's not so easy like coding 3 lines.

i think it should just be left as it is now and once half the players stopped playing csgo valve may realise that they cant just give an f about the community

Can anybody confirm another problem i realized since this annoying update?
The mapcycle on our server does not work anymore. Example: Having de_dust2, de_nuke, de_dust, de_inferno in the mapcycle.txt, the server does not change these maps in this order. On mapend the server changes for example to de_train or any other map not listed in the mapcycle.txt or maplist.txt. So players have no clue which map comes next.

That is because SM is down...all your server functions associated with it will not work...
