1. AMX Mod X plugins are written in a language called Small.
2. You can use Notepad or Crimson Editor or a lot of other programs to write plugins.
3. Don't ask : "How do you make plugins?" The answer is that you have to learn yourself... by :
1. Reading tutorials in this forum or others.
2. Reading other peoples plugins.
3. Asking specific questions in the Scripting Help forum.
