Not a Linux issue. Check your fast-download configuration if you use that.

Also,

I saw this in your post. check that you have all needed files in the addons/sourcemod/configs/freak_fortress_2 folder

[freak_fortress_2.smx] [FF2] Unable to find addons/sourcemod/configs/freak_fortress_2/maps.cfg, disabling plugin.

TF2-->Options-->Multiplayer
Make sure you're set to download everything.

(Also, your English is making it kind of hard to understand what you're saying)
^Do you mean that \tf\download\sound\freak_fortress_2 does not exist?
Do you mean that only your server's bosses are invisible, but if you go on another server, you can see them fine?

something is not set up right

on the server I put my sound, material, and model files in the /custom/freak_fortress_2 folder such that as an example,

/custom/freak_fortress_2/sound/freak_fortress_2/admin/admin_defeat.mp3

exists, along will all the other FF2 files for the bosses

but this example sound file could also be in
/sound/freak_fortress_2/admin/admin_defeat.mp3
on the server.

Now, onto your redirects:

[example]

sv_downloadurl "http://www.yoursite/redirects/tf2"

as an example where in your public_html folder you would have a "redirects" folder, then a "tf2" folder

such that
exists along with all other ff2 boss files

To test, you should be able to treat this as a url in a web browser and the file should download

"www.yoursite" is your actual website like www.myclan.org as an example
