There is a modded extension from MyArena.ru hoster that successfully loaded for me, but it seems it has internal protection against copy to another server, so it refuses to change tickrate when I specify -tickrate 66 switch to srcds.

Tickrate enabler is not a metamod plugin.

use the cmd "plugin_print" to see if it is loaded.

Check your vdf path for l4d1, i think l4d1 has issues with different languages which needs this, https://www.sourcemm.net/vdf not sure if dedicated servers need it.

I checked many different forks. All of them excepting fork from myarena.ru currently no more work.
The only fork I still not checked is the last commit of: https://github.com/Satanic-Spirit/Tickrate-Enabler

I have not made any changes to L4D1 binary at all. Do you get any errors or logs?

I dunno how correctly get it. Default sm error log show nothing. I will try to find something in loading log.
