It searches for the "include" folder next to the spcomp.exe. Make sure you extracted the whole scripting folder instead of only the spcomp. You can compile your plugins by simply clicking the play button.
If you extracted it into the program files folder, you might have to run it as administrator to have it save your changes, due to missing write permissions.

EDIT: Oh wait it didn't.. It just wont show everything, like when I type Re (I want RegConsoleCommand) it just writes ReadFileCell, reakString, etc. (for Reg, it wont write anything..)
