Hi all,
I have a problem with my server. When someone connects or disconnects there is a little spike. It started after the new update to csgo. What should I do?

You should provide us with some more information about your server, especially hardware specs, player count when this happens (eg does it happen only when it's close to full or does even the first person experience this), and internet specs

i3 7350k, it happens when player connect or disconnect not relative with player count, 100mbps up-down, ubuntu

When you say "it" spikes, what is "it"?

I think he mean , when a player disconnect or connect from server, everyone else will suffer a screen spike up.
My server has the problem too. If you use rankme plugin it will be hard spike up, I removed rankme plugin, and it has a little spike up.
Very annoying, this is mainly caused by using mysql on the same machine I think

I have a mariadb database on my machine to handle my surf server and 1v1 stats and don't experience this at all. I can't imagine mariadb and mysql would be that different, but you may consider giving it a try.

Sounds like an non threaded plugin using a database. The listed plugins from OP are threaded, so its likely another unmentioned plugin.

If the dedicated box is so overloaded that MySQL calls are causing variance spikes I would lol so hard.
