Okay I just re-downloaded the plugin and re-installed everything and it seems like the plugin i snow running. Although do you know if the Flags from the VIP.ini are the same flags as the users.ini?
Like in the Users.ini the F flag is for "ADMIN_MAP"
In the VIP.ini is the F flag the same as "ADMIN_MAP" also?

If so how can I change the Flags?

No, not at all.
VIP.ini is completely different and separated file. VIP privilegues can be set only using VIP.ini.
Look up inside it and you will see description and samples about access.

Why cant I use the hook than. I gave myself all the flags but when I try to use it. It tells me
You dont have the right VIP flag

It lets me use the rope and the grab though.

Also you dont have Steam so we can talk faster?

Hmmm. I research problem with hook later. I didn't ever use such thing ;)
I have Steam but so it will be private support. And I provide public one on forum only.

This plugin is difficult LOL. How can I edit the BHOP plugin itself so it gives it to certain players.
I tried this but I had no luck:
Note: I also tried the get_user_userid but I had no luck with that one neither.

go to ur cs folder > CStrike> addons> amxmodx> scripting > copy the files in the scripting folder> after u copy drag to COMPILE application ( the blue one) > after that check to the "COMPILED FOLDER" (inside the scripting folder)
