(im going to try amxx again)

Im trying to make a PugBot for mIRC but i dont know where to start
i nee it to start a pug when !pug <map> is typed
and add players when they type !join and !endpug and also ingame commands !irc <text> sends a message to people in irc and !password <password> !get sends a message to irc saying player needed
but i dont know where to start ive done as many, ive done as many demos and walkthroughs as i can but i dont know how to do this...

Couple of points:
mIRC is an IRC client, I think you mean you want an IRC bot, NOT an mIRC bot.
You haven't really explained it that well.
I don't think anyone is going to help you with language like that.
