You can use CS_SwitchTeam. But you have to change their model if you want them to look like their new team.

any info which admin flag needed to use this plugin? If only Z, (or B,E) can it be modded so i maybe flag C can use it? Maybe some cvars in override cfg? I see ADMFLAG_BAN needed in sp file,but i dont want to give some admins ban flag,just needed for moving players to spec or team . Do i need to recompile with ADMFLAG_KICK?
