sv_downloadurl "https://fastdl.xavii.us/csgo"
sv_allowdownload "0"
sv_allowupload "0"

Why 0? sv_allow(upload|download) are only relevant when you ARE NOT using "FastDL"! THEY WILL NEVER MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE when you ARE using sv_downloadurl

and then upload all of your files to your sv_downloadurl location?

Hey @all,

thank you for all the tips! I solved the problem by changing it to http.
There was a LAN Problem also, so i couldnt resolve my own domain at this point but fixed it now.
