Hm... you may use it for fun, not for cheating.
For example:
1. We have some guy on a server, that says:"Everybody sucks, i'm the best player in the world.". But in fact he is the worst player.
2. Change some plugin's cvars:
2.1 aim_no_damage 1
2.2 aim_button_mode 0
2.3 aim_attackmode 1
2.4 aim_frame_delay 0
3. Turn on aimbot for this guy.
3.1 aim 1 (to turn on aimbot plugin)
3.2 aim_aimbot guy_nick(or #guy_id) 1
4. ??????
5. PROFIT!

Or to protect real cheater from killing someone.
By the way: i've noticed, that aim_no_damage works only with aim_attackmode 1. So if you use aim_attackmode 0, player can kill someone with this cheat.

A Log file and an announcement when using the aimbot shall be required, nobody wants a scumbag admin messing around and losing players from your server.
