Cs 1.6 timeleft fix

Hello, I have problems with timelimit when I type in the server.cfg mp_timelimit 40 and when I change the map and join it says 20 min left, next map: etc
How to fix?

Simple. You have mp_timelimit set to 20 in some other .cfg file or plugin.
One place to check would be configs/amxx.cfg since this file is executed on map change.
