Can I bind in tf2 server? When player connect to server, bind server's custom keys to him. Sorry for my bad english

I can give you a information that if CSS could set it some monthes ago. But it was blocked by some update. Maybe, TF2 also blocked. __________________ [Any] Automated Downloader & Precacher
