The error tells it all, your HUD plugin is setting itself as failed because the main plugin that it is connected to is disabled (CsBattleRoyaleManager and CsBatteRoyaleFakeTeams), they're disabled because Orpheu isn't enabled.

By the way, it happened to me too, I don't correctly remember what I did to fix it, I think I re-installed the entire server because Orpheu somehow wasn't working in my MetaMod/HLDS build. But it definitely isn't my plugins problem.
