Allow to subscribe to a topic and easily get notifications to better help others / find the topic you wish to be helped in. How it will work:

Tagging your username through @ will give you a forum notification similar to every other regular forum, unless you disable it on the forum settings, default enabled.

Quoting you will give you a forum notification "" "" "" "" default enabled, and it should have a different setting in case you think tagging is less / more important than quoting.

If you subscribe to a topic, it will give you a forum notification. No need for settings I suppose.

You can already subscribe to topics, the other two features are not supported by VB, and usernames do not have the restricted character set required for @-mentions to be implemented.
