how can i change flag for admins to use it, lets say i want to set hats only for official members of clan they have frag i,j,u. how do i let them wear hats if its set to adminsonly?

We use to have map release partys on Euroskillz and we could really do with some party hats like this classical one:



I know there is the Dunce hat, but this would be much better for partys .

Can anyone do it?

i got one problem with this hats, i set it only for admins well i try to use it as an normal player, didnt work, admins it works, but how come some players can use it? how is it passible?

actually it seems like the users are not doing it themselves
but that they are given a hat....and its always the same one
and only 1 team will get it it seems....even after removing everyone's
hat when we re-spawn they get it back
