What are you talking about. He just helped you. He gave you the link to the Project Site like you asked. Did you click "project" cause thats what you asked for.

All you would do is just file a request on there and he would get to it. Not everyone have all the time in the world.

Hey, the plugin is free. It was written by people, including myself... that donate their time to help others. We simply ask that you make feature request and post bugs on the project site to provide a clear line of communication and milestones when developing new versions.

Use this plugin if it is useful to you, and if it is not... offer suggestions... but knocking the authors because we can't, or don't, go through every post on this thread to dig up the problems or features and apply them is an arcane argument. Sourcemod does not offer the best in the way of bug tracking and feature requests for plugins... it is after all, just a forum. Matter of fact, the developers here even use a bug tracker and request others to post bugs there... and not here.
