Is a nice plugin, but I had a few issues. It is currently mentioning people that are expired and have been for months. I don't see where in the code it filters that out at. Also as a minor thing you forgot to add the phrases file for "Advertisement Message."

this plugin reads your donations database if your donations thing is not remove them then it will still read them.
it works for mine.

as for Advertisement Message it all hard coded you can change it. i was not planning to post this but i had few people ask me about it so i uploaded it.
